Sec 1 Only: CCA Allocation

(The following document is only accessible using an SST Sec 1 student account; to access, you will need to log out of all other Google accounts. Chrome browser is recommended.)

Dear Sec 1's,

If you cannot open the document, please follow the instructions at the top of this post, or get a classmate to assist you. For security reasons, the document cannot be accessed without a valid SST Sec 1 student account.

All Sec 1 students are to report for weekly CCA sessions by next week. For CCA with 2 sessions, you are to attend both. Please follow the CCA schedule stated here:

HBL - in Timetable

Blended Learning in MOE’s context refers to a seamless blending of different modes of learning to enhance students’ educational experience. One aspect of Blended Learning is the integration of home-based learning (HBL) as a regular feature of the schooling experience.

HBL takes place once a fortnight when students do not report to school for lessons, but carry out self-directed learning or activities assigned to be completed remotely.

Instructions and tasks will be assigned by the subject teacher in the Google Classroom (though the tasks may not be confined to the Google Classroom).

HBL - not in Timetable

In the event that HBL is declared for a school day (i.e. not in timetable or pre-planned):
1. Subject lessons will follow current timetable.
2. Lessons will take place via the existing GMeet/ Online platforms set up in the subject Google Classrooms.
3. Login and report to the Form Teacher at the usual morning assembly time for attendance taking and morning briefing. REMEMBER:
Check the Students Blog and your official email regularly (8 am and 5pm) for any updates communicated to you in the day.
