Dear Students:
- The prescribed novel for 2014 Secondary 2 students, ‘The Boy in The Striped Pjyamas’ (by John Boyne) will only be available for sale in the school bookshop from February 2014 owing to an island wide shortage.
- In the meantime, teachers will be making copies of the relevant sections of the novel for students for lessons.
Dear Parents:
- Students have been told to borrow a copy of the novel and finish reading it during the school holidays.
- Kindly remind your child to complete the reading if he/she has not already done so.
- Students are also strongly encouraged to purchase the teacher's recommended edition of the novel from our school bookshop when it becomes available, unless they already own a copy of the novel.
