[Sec 2] Important: Changes to Secondary 3 Course Option Exercise Schedule

Dear Sec 2 students

This morning, we have briefed you on the changes to the Secondary 3 Course Option Exercise.

The Course Option Exercise will now be opened from 25 to 28 October 2016 instead. Apart from having one more day for you and your parents to discuss before submitting the course option, the course option outcome will also be released on 11 Nov. This will allow you to start getting the relevant materials for the new academic year early.

Below is the revised timeline:

1	Overall results will be published and accessible via the SDM. Online submission of Course Option by students via SDM.	T4W7 25-28 Oct 2016
2	Release of course options results via SDM.	T4W9 11 Nov 2016
3	Appeals (after release of course options results); must be submitted by parents via SDM. Submission of appeal after 15 Nov 2016 will NOT be entertained.	T4W10 14-15 Nov 2016
4	Outcomes of appeals will be sent to parents’ email. (Pls ensure parents’ emails are correctly updated in SDM.)	22 Nov 2016

To facilitate smooth running of this process within the stipulated timeline, please ensure that the login IDs and passwords for yourself and your parents are valid.
