GrowCalth 2026

Dear SST Students,

To commemorate World Health Day 2026, themed “Together for Health. Stand with Science,” we celebrate the power of scientific collaboration to protect and improve the health of our community.

We are thrilled to announce that the GrowCalth Challenge in the app, will commence on 15th April 2026.

GrowCalth is Back for 2025

 Dear SST Students, 

To commemorate World Health Day, SST is bringing back GrowCalth — the app that helps you stay active and support your House! Whether you are walking between classes or clocking in evening runs, every step counts toward your health goals and House Points.

GrowCalth is a student-developed mobile app designed to:

  • Track your daily step count and distance travelled

  • Display motivational quotes

  • Show your House’s ranking

  • Earn GrowCalth Points daily to boost your House!

  • Find out SST NAPFA Champions in the app

✅ How to Get Started

iPhone Users:

  1. Open the GrowCalth app.

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > GrowCalth.

  3. Enable all permissions.

Android Users:

  1. Download Health Connect.

  2. Install Google Fit and sync it with Health Connect.

  3. Download and open the GrowCalth app.

  4. Grant all required permissions.

2025 House Fiesta briefing and team registration

Dear SST Students,

The 2025 House Fiesta will happen on 7th March (T1W9 Friday). It is a schoolwide event that involves ALL students and will take place during curriculum hours in lieu of the normal lessons.

The 2025 House Fiesta involves 15 different station games that will challenge students in their skills, ranging across many different sports. A more detailed briefing and team registration (about 40 minutes) will take place next week.

All Upper Sec students are to report to ISH next Monday (17th Feb) at 3.10pm. All Lower Sec students are to report to ISH next Tuesday (18th Feb) at 2:30pm. Attendance is compulsory. If you cannot attend the briefing, please inform your respective House Masters. Thank you and see you next week!

2024 Health Screening and Vaccination (Sec 1 and Sec 2 Students)

Dear Sec 1 and Sec 2 Students,


The Annual School-Based Health Screening and HPV Vaccination for our students will commence in Term 2.

Harms of Vaping - Stay Away!

Dear students,


E-cigarettes (also known as e-cigs, vapes, or mods) are illegal in Singapore for all ages. Under the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) Act, the possession, use, or purchase of e-vaporisers carries a maximum fine of $2,000. It is also an offence to import, distribute, sell, or offer for sale e-vaporisers and their components.

2022 Annual School-Based Health Screening

The Annual School-Based Health Screening for our students will be conducted from 7 April 2022 (Thur) to 18 April 2022 (Mon).

(1) For new foreign students, please bring your Health Booklet and Immunization Certificates. 
(2) Only selected students from Secondary 3 will be screened. Students selected for the Health Screening will be informed separately.

2022 HPV Vaccination for Sec 1 and Sec 2 Female Students

Dear Sec 1 and Sec 2 Female Students

The Health Promotion Board (HPB) will be offering school-based HPV vaccination for Sec 1 and Sec 2 female students (whose parents have given consent) on 1 April 2022 (Friday) at Blk C, 03-12 (Learning Oasis 1).

For Sec 1 students, parents have been informed via Parents Gateway to go online to consent on the Child Consent Portal via the QR code or link using their SingPass.  Please remind your parents to do so before the date of vaccination.

Sec 2 students would have received the first dose of the vaccination during Sec 1 last year (2021) and will be receiving the second dose of the vaccination.

[For Sec 1 & Sec 2 Female Students Only] School-based HPV Vaccination Programme on 5 March 2021, Friday

Dear Sec 1 and Sec 2 Students (Female Students Only),

The Health Promotion Board (HPB) will be offering school-based HPV vaccination to female students in Sec 1 and Sec 2 (whose parents have given consent) on 5 March 2021, Friday.

For Sec 1 Students, parents have been informed via Parents Gateway and they have been advised to log-in to the HPB online portal (https://childconsent.hpb.gov.sg) using their SingPass to submit their consent for your vaccination. Please remind them to do so before the date of the vaccination.

Sec 2 Students would have received the first dose of the vaccination during Sec 1 last year (2020) and will be receiving the second dose of the vaccination.

2021 School Dental Service (for Sec 1 and Sec 3 Students)

Dear Students (Secondary 1 and 3),

The School Dental Service (SDS) will commence service to Secondary 1 and 3 students from 24 Feb 2021 (Wednesday) onwards.

Students, whose parents have given consent earlier, will be required to report during school hours, upon request by the Dentist, to the mobile SDS bus which will be stationed at the visitors' car park.

Please note below the class schedule for Sec 1 students.  The schedule for Sec 3 students will start after the March 2021 School holidays and will be shared with students in March.  Please understand that the schedule may be subject to changes depending on the situation each day, due to the nature of the treatment.
