The GCE O-Level EL/HMTL/MTL/MTLB Oral Examination begins 13 July 2026.

Please look at it and ensure that you check
(1) the date / day / reporting time for your exam
(2) the team number that you are assigned to
(3) the venue that you are supposed to go to for your exam (only for students taking the exams at external centres, i.e. HMTL, ML, MTLB, Other languages)
(4) for any clashes with your coursework
If there are any issues or clarifications, please inform Ms Ting (EL) or Ms Wong (HMTL / MTL / MTB / Other languages) by 10 July (Friday).
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. REPORTING TIME
- AM Session: 7.30 am
- PM Session: 1.45 pm (Monday-Thursday)
- PM Session: 2.00pm (Friday)
Candidates are to report to the respective exam venue at least 30 minutes before the start of the exam.
2. VENUES, SEAT NUMBER AND SEATING PLAN
Refer to your seat number and seating plan in the Candidature List and Seating Plans spreadsheet BEFORE the exam day.
3. THINGS TO BRING
- ENTRY PROOF and NRIC
- Necessary stationery
- Put all revision materials/stationery in a clear, transparent pencil case
- OPTIONAL ITEMS: Water bottles, SST Jackets
4. ATTIRE AND PERSONAL GROOMING
- Check your grooming (attire, hair, nails, etc)
- ONLY SST Uniform and S&W attire are allowed
- ONLY SST jackets are allowed (Optional)
5. TO ENSURE EXAM RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE NOT COMPROMISED
- SWITCH OFF all electronic devices, e.g. handphones, and put them in your bag before reporting at the Exam Assembly venue.
- Check that there are no slips of paper or notes in your pockets or jacket's pockets.
- EMPTY your pockets before reporting to the Exam Assembly venue.
- Jackets will be subjected to random checks. Ensure that all pockets are empty before entering exam venues.
6. FOR STUDENTS TAKING EXAM OUTSIDE OF SST
- You are allowed to leave the class at 12.00pm on exam day, please inform your FT/subject teachers beforehand and also alert the guard with your entry proof that you are leaving for an external examination. (I would also have shared with them the list)
- Please factor enough time to take your lunch and travel to the external venues, especially students who are going to MOELC as it's slightly further away.
- In the event that you cannot find the examination venue after you arrive at the external exam centre, please go to the General Office and check in with the staff on duty.
