[S1, S2, S3] IP Survey

Dear students,

The Instructional Programme (IP) Survey is conducted each year to give you the opportunity to share with the school your experience of the SST curriculum. Your feedback will help the school to review and enhance its curriculum.

This year, the IP Survey is open for submission from 27 Sep (Tue) to 28 Sep (Wed). In the morning of the 27 Sep (Tue), you will receive an information email indicating the THREE subjects which you need to provide your feedback on. You should start completing the survey after receiving the links. You will also be given some time after the flag raising ceremony on 28 Sep (Wed) to finish up any outstanding survey(s).

Your feedback is important to us and we want to hear from you. We hope you will provide honest and candid responses. Although your details are required, this is solely for tracking the completion of surveys. Your details will not be included when the survey results are generated for analysis.

[S4] IP Survey 2022

Dear students,


The Instructional Programme (IP) Survey is conducted each year to give you the opportunity to share with the school your experience of the SST curriculum. Your feedback will help the school to review and enhance its curriculum.


This year, the IP Survey is open for submission from 18 Aug (Thu) to 19 Aug (Fri). In the morning of the 18 Aug (Thu), you will receive an information email indicating the THREE subjects which you need to provide your feedback on. Please proceed to complete the surveys before the CCE lesson on 19 Aug (Fri). Your Form Teacher will check that you have completed the surveys during the CCE lesson.

Classroom Climate Survey 2022 (8-10 March)

The Classroom Climate Survey (CCS) is conducted each year to allow you the opportunity to share with your subject teachers your learning experiences in their classes. Your feedback will help your teachers and the school in making the learning environment even more conducive.

This year, the CCS will be conducted on 08 Mar (Tue) and 10 Mar (Thu). You will be given time after flag raising to complete the survey.

In the morning of the two days, you will receive an information email indicating the subjects which you need to provide your feedback on. The maximum number of surveys to be completed each day is two.

Please be at your classrooms for morning assembly this Thurs and Fri (14 & 15 March). You will be using your LDs (or mobile phones) to complete the surveys so please charge your devices. Do ensure you have access to your SST email accounts as the links to the survey forms will be emailed to you.

Ministry of Education (MOE) Quality of School Experience (QSE) Survey for Sec 4 Students

Dear Secondary 4 Students,

Please be informed that you will be required to participate in the above questionnaire survey on 23 July 2018, Monday.  The questionnaire survey is to assess the extent to which students find their school experience positive and enriching.  

Date:      23 July 2018, Monday
Time:      1.40 - 2.40 pm
Venue:    Auditorium (A-04-01)

Please note the following for the survey:
  • Attendance is compulsory for all (except for students who are scheduled for GCE O Level MTL Oral on 23 July).  
  • Students who are unable to attend the survey on 23 July 2018 (including students who are scheduled for GCE O Level MTL Oral on 23 July) will be scheduled to take the survey on : 
25 July 2018, Wed at 7.40 am at the LT (Room C-03-11)   
  • Please bring your own Learning Devices (Macbooks) on 23 July as the survey will be administered on-line.  Students will NOT be allowed to do the survey using mobile phones or tablets.
  • Students are required to be seated by class during the survey, and with an empty seat in-between each student.  
  • Individual log-in ID and password will be distributed on the day of the survey.   
We are expecting MOE personnel to be present as observers during the survey.  As such, we seek your kind co-operation to remain orderly and follow all instructions carefully during the conduct of the survey.

Total Defence Day: Pre-Sharing Survey for Sec 3 & 4 students only (pls respond by 10 Feb, 9 pm)

Dear Sec 3 & Sec 4 students

In view of the upcoming commemoration of Total Defence Day in Term 1 Week 7, there will be Sharing Session during Assembly Period on Friday 17th February for Upper Sec students. As such, we need to gather your input prior to the session.

You will be using the reading period to complete the Classroom Climate survey for all your subjects following the schedule below (3 subjects a day).

You are required to login to your SST accounts - the username is being automatically collected for tracking to ensure completion of surveys. The info will be removed by the administrators before the results are sent to the academic departments for their analysis. Therefore your responses will be kept strictly confidential.
