Dear students,
The Singapore Mathematical Society (SMS) is organising a yearly SMS Essay Competition.
The objective of the competition is to expose students to topics related to Math and encourage articulation of Math through the exposition on these topics. The theme for this year is “Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence”.

You may sign up for the competition as an individual or as a team of no more than 3 members from the same level (lower secondary/ upper secondary).
If you are interested in signing up for the competition, please submit your essay via this Google form. The deadline for this form submission is 1 July 2020 (Wednesday), 5 p.m.
A panel of teachers will decide whether your essay is suitable for submission to the organisers. Cost of submission for the selected entries will be paid by the school.
