As mentioned in the 2020 principal’s letter to parents, the ICT Helpdesk will continue to provide software and networking troubleshooting services. However, with increased access to Apple service centres, SST will cease the Helpdesk hardware diagnostic/repair services on campus from 2021. Parents will no longer need to pay the annual service fee for the hardware diagnostic/repair services.
