2016 Computing Aptitude Test
Dear Secondary 2 students,
All Secondary 2 students are required to take a Computing Aptitude Test on Monday, 25 April 2016.
Reporting Venue: Auditorium
Reporting Time: 250pm (Test commences at 3pm)

The test is compulsory for all Secondary 2 students.

The Arif Budiman Malay Language Teachers' Award (AGAB) is an annual event which aims to recognise Malay Language (ML) teachers who have made excellent contributions to the teaching and learning of the ML in our school. Inter School Step Challenge (Rep with Steps)

Application for NEU PC Plus Grant through School (Secondary 1 to 4 students)
Dear students
SST has worked with IDA to provide the NEU PC Plus Grant, which allows students from low-income households to own a brand new computer at an affordable price. Under the programme, SST students fulfilling certain criteria will be able to own a Macbook Pro at little or no cash payment. Students who meet the criteria, may obtain the application form by either downloading the form HERE or collect a hardcopy from SST General Office. Completed applications and supporting documents are to be submitted directly to SST General Office for processing and the school's approval. The application deadline is on 9 May 2016.

1. eOral Exam Practice Session(PS)
Please be informed that you are required to attend Practice Session(PS) for eOral Exam next week. The main objective of the PS is to familiarise candidates with the process flow of the eOral Exam.
Please report at Tutorial room 3 & 4, Blk B Level 5 (05-05) at the scheduled time. Attendance will be taken and a briefing on the eOral Exam procedures will be given before you proceed to the Infohub for the PS. Bring along your student pass/Identification card. No electronics devices will be allowed.

2. School-based eOral Exam
Following the PS, you will sit for School-based eOral Exam as part of Common Test. For sec 4 students, eOral exam marks will contribute toward Preliminary Exam.
School-based eOral Exam will be conducted after school hours at Blk C Level 4 classrooms. Please bring along your student pass/Identification card. No electronics devices will be allowed at the exam venue. Each session will take approximately 3 hours for all candidates to be assessed.

Painting and Message-Writing Competition for 4th ASEAN Children’s Forum (ACF)
The Ministry of Social and Family Development is organising the competition, Painting and Message-Writing Competition for 4th ASEAN Children’s Forum (ACF).
The ASEAN Children's Forum (ACF) is a regional platform for children to work together and express their opinions on issues and concerns affecting them and promote understanding of one another’s culture. The 2nd ACF was held in Singapore in 2012. The 4th ACF will be held in Hanoi, Vietnam from 20 – 24 June 2016.

Selected paintings and messages will be printed on related collaterals, large wall painting/poster exhibited during the forum and published in a book to be distributed to different levels of ASEAN meetings. The details can be found in the attached.
You are encouraged to take part in the competition.
- Students can send their entries directly to the organiser.
- The top three winners of each category will win attractive prizes.
- The overall winner will be sponsored by the ACF organisers to attend the 4th ACF in Hanoi.
