'SunburST Makers' InnoFest 2016' programme

The SunburST Makers’ InnoFest programme aims to nurture the making culture amongst the students of SST, through pervasive hands-on learning, and encouraging students to create physical artefacts or prototypes of value.

The first run of the programme would be conducted on the 1st and 2nd of June (Wednesday and Thursday) at the Makers' Lab. This first run, aims to expose students to the rudiments of making, with a primary focus on working with 2D sheet materials, such as cardboards, mounting boards and acrylic. Students would also be able to experience related maker-centric activities such as working with power tools and a greater variety of equipments during the 2 full-day programme. More details would be revealed to selected students nearer the programme date.

As spaces are limited, only up to 50 students from the Secondary 1 and 2 (2016 batch) classes would be selected. Selection would be done on a first-come-first-served basis.

Closing date would be on Friday, 20 May 2016.
