Let's TUNE EVERYONE INTO FITNESS this term!

Let's GET ACTIVE by DOING an activity a day, RECORD it, CELEBRATE it, and UPLOAD it!


Just TICK off 1 of the activity (shown below) you have completed in the form here. ( One entry/day)


Do 2 sets of 15 squats


Run 2 rounds around SST field


Hang at the bar for 30 seconds x 2 sets ( @ISH)


Do 50 jumping jacks


Do 10 repetitions of plank walk x 2 sets


Not only you can get FITTER, but you can also GAIN House Points.

IT IS A WIN-WIN situation!
