Dear Students,
SAVH X Flag Day is an annual fundraising and awareness event where volunteers help to collect donations from the public.The funds raised go towards supporting programmes and services that empower persons with visual impairment to live independently and confidently, including mobility training, assistive technology support, employment programmes, and community engagement activities.
Key details:
1. Student volunteers will have to be aged 15 and above as of 25 April 2026.
2. Commitment itself will be on 25 April, 2026, 9a.m. to 1.30p.m. (Report at 8.30am)
3. Please be prepared to be stationed at any of the 4 locations: Toa Payoh, Bishan, Ang Mo Kio, and Serangoon MRT stations.
4. Indicate your interest here by 28 March, 2026, 2359 hours
5. Please note that students will be reporting direct to the organizer. There will be no teacher chaperone for the event.
6. A separate consent form will be sent to parents via Parents Gateway once the number of volunteers has been confirmed.
