First time use of School Smart Cards for Concessionary Travel for Secondary 1 Students

Dear Secondary 1 Students

The School Smart Cards (SSC) will be delivered to the school by 24 Feb to meet the expiry deadline on the use of the primary level SSCs by the Secondary One students on 30 April 2016.

You are required to activate your SSC card at the TransitLink Ticket Office / TransitLink Concession Card Replacement Centre / Passenger Services Centre at the MRT / Bus Interchanges by topping up the value for the card before the SSCs can be used for concessionary travel. The minimum top-up value is $5.

While waiting for the new Secondary level SSC to be delivered, you can continue to use your Primary level SSC for concessionary travel till 30 April 2016.  You can still purchase the Bus Concession Pass (BCP) using your Primary level SSC but you would need to purchase the BCP for Secondary school students.

For clarification or assistance, you may contact SST General Office. Thank you.
